The Fish Society kitchen/demo room

The Fish Society supply frozen fish to order and were wanting to build a bespoke kitchen/demo room at their offices so that they could showcase their high quality product.

This room would allow them to offer cooking and tasting events and somewhere where they could film regular videos and post these on social media.

Initial designs for the bespoke work units, were already in place but we were asked to rethink both these and the overall layout, colour scheme and decor of the room. The Fish Society wanted a design that, whilst looking sophisticated and upmarket, still had a country feel sprinkled with ‘essence of Nigella’!

3D visuals of the final room layout and design.

As well as producing 3D visuals for the design we were required to create scale plans of the room, as well as the individual units. The central island unit had a glass top, produced in France, and formed from two pieces, with induction hobs set underneath and aperture cuts for a sink and grill at either end.
